Every Week I will chose a penguin of a week.
Email me at stephweitzel@gmail.com and give me ur penguin name send me a pic of your penguin in his/her best outfit. and if i pick your name out of a hat i will email you and ask you to answer some questions, if you are not emailed by Friday you have not been chosen
